We’re back….
The teams for this years Super Bowl have been determined. For those of you who haven’t been following football this year and plan to watch the Super Bowl, here are some things that you need to know before the big day.
1) The most important thing is that we will be live tweeting the Super Bowl from our twitter handle: @sportsFAQ. This way you can follow us live during the game itself. 2) The two teams playing are the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers.
3) The head coaches of these two teams are brothers. Jim Harbaugh is the coach for the 49ers and John Harbaugh is the coach of the Ravens. This is the first time that the two Super Bowl coaches are brothers.
4) The best player on the Ravens, Ray Lewis, has announced that he is going to retire from football at the end of this season. It seems like his team has been playing better so that he can win a Super Bowl to end his career. The camera is going to focus on him, #52, a lot.
5) If the 49ers win they will have won six Super Bowls which will tie the record for the most with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
6) The 49ers are “favored” (betting agencies expect them to win) by five points. The last two teams that the Ravens played were also favored and the Ravens won.
